These terms apply to purchases made on this website and in our showrooms. Please read them before placing an order.
Orders and prices
Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include VAT. We confirm every order by phone before dispatch. If a price is shown in error, we will contact you before processing the order.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Large appliances are delivered to the ground floor or by lift; tell us in advance if stairs are involved.
Returns
Unused products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 3 days of delivery. Products with a confirmed manufacturing fault are replaced within 7 days.
