What is covered
- Manufacturing faults in parts and workmanship during the warranty period.
- Free service visits for covered faults in Dhaka, Chattogram and Sylhet city areas.
- Replacement within 7 days of delivery for a manufacturing fault confirmed by our engineer.
What is not covered
- Physical or liquid damage, burns and damage from voltage spikes without a stabiliser where one is required.
- Repairs or modifications by anyone other than our authorised engineers.
- Consumables such as filters, bulbs and remote batteries.
